I’m pleased to announce WebGreek’s very first national-scale partnership! We’ve inked a two year contract with Alpha Sigma Phi and we couldn’t be more excited. This finally proves what we’ve been hoping for and counting on for the past year, namely that Greek organizations are ready and eager to adopt a single technology platform that takes care of everything they need, from top to bottom.
“We are very pleased to partner with WebGreek and based on the response we heard from our members, this is going to be a tremendous partnership that will offer a valuable service to our chapters and Alumni Associations. The customer service from WebGreek has been exceptional,” says Gordy Heminger, President and CEO of Alpha Sigma Phi.
Starting this week, we will be setting up every Alpha Sigma Phi chapter with a WebGreek network. In addition, we’ll be providing an awesome website for every chapter across the country, which can be edited with no formal training. Any new chapters that get chartered over the next two years will get a WebGreek network and a website as well. Most importantly, the members of Alpha Sig are jazzed beyond words… well actually, they had a few:
“I can’t believe we’re getting this system for free! The website looks amazing, and it’s really easy for us to update. Our chapter can’t wait to start using it,” says Tanner Pike, Delta Phi chapter at Grand Valley State University. “It’s going to be a good year.”
As for Alpha Sig’s national headquarters, they will receive a Master Network for managing all of their chapters. The Master Network allows headquarters to instantly send files, calendar events, polls, blog posts, messages, newsletters and more to every single chapter. Headquarters can also drop in new website templates for chapters, allowing the entire organization to change its look and feel from head to toe in just a few seconds.
Alpha Sig’s headquarters are also picking up the tab, meaning that every chapter gets a website and a WebGreek network essentially for free, while headquarters gets a massive discount on the networks and websites.
“Alpha Sigma Phi is committed to providing relevant tools and resources to our chapters and colonies that not only make the “business” side of the house easier to run, but make the “social” side of the house more fun and interactive. There is no better company positioned to meet that challenge than WebGreek, and as their first national partner we couldn’t be happier with the service and tools our members have at their finger tips to stay connected to one another and operate efficiently. I am confident that we will be the first of many to sign a national partnership once word gets out. In due time WebGreek will become synonymous with the Greek community,” said Steve Latour, Director of Chapter Development.
It has indeed been a great summer for WebGreek!
